Each organization has its own subscription and renews monthly from the day you created it, on its own invoice. Adding an organization charges you for it right away, using the card already on file.
Yes. Cancel through the billing portal in your account settings, or by deleting the organization. Because each organization is billed separately, you can cancel one without affecting the others.
Yes — you're refunded 50% of the unused time left in the period you've already paid for, automatically, to your original payment method. On a $199 organization cancelled on day 10 of 30, that's about $66. Cancel at the end of a period and there's nothing unused to refund, so you simply don't renew.
That organization's subscription is cancelled immediately, you're refunded 50% of the unused time, and it stops renewing. Your other organizations are untouched.
The base price moves to your next-oldest organization, which starts billing at $199 instead of the discounted rate. You're never paying the 10%-off rate on everything at once.
Share your referral code (found in Account Settings) with another practice. Once they sign up using it, you both permanently receive 10% off every organization you own. The discount applies for as long as both accounts are active.
